S] All right lads, how are you?

We’re very well thanks mate, it’s good to hear from you again!

S] A lot’s happened since I saw you last, you’re a two-piece now?

Yeah it’s been a while, a lot’s gone down since then, and yes indeed we are now a two piece. I’m currently using a bass and guitar cab set up so we don’t lose the low end, it’s all trial and error really. I’m just experimenting with different amps and set ups. It’s all part of the fun though, I like doing things like that.

S] How are you looking forward to ‪the Temperance Movement tour?

It’s our first tour so yeah we couldn’t happier really. I think it’ll be a good experience for us to be out on the road as well, learning the ropes and all that jazz.

S] What have you learned about yourselves since the band started up until this point?

I guess to just stick at it and keep going really, I believe there’s a path paved for us all, you just gotta keep it in sight, learn from the lows, ride the highs.

S] What are your biggest challenges as a band right now?

I think our biggest challenge right now is getting the name out there I guess. A lot of kids these days aren’t into the kinda music we play they’re more interested in pretty boys singing love songs, so yeah I guess it’s finding right audience, we believe is our biggest challenge.

S] How does our hometown of York inspire you, if at all?

I guess it gives us the space we need to have a clear mind, it’s a fairly relaxed city, you’ve got your own space. There’s a lot of history there as well, we’re big fans of all the viking and medieval history so it’s nice to be surrounded by all sorts stuff.
