They’ve just dropped the eerie video for their new track E.M.M.R, a dark and brooding synth number that’s the lead single from their upcoming second album Pareidolia.
The band’s frontman Jason Thomas said this about the video:
“E.M.M.R heavily focuses on the destructive nature & hunger of human kind. When writing the lyrics I wanted to show both sides of the spectrum – those who take whatever and whomever they want, and those who fight that constant innate urge to take and destroy. I had been really inspired by well, you know, the world slowly burning to the ground. I wanted to tie the feeling we are stuck in this seemingly endless loop (eat.mate.murder.repeat) into the video, so we wrote the screenplay around a man (played by Kieran Harden) stuck in a loop being mentally tortured and eventually poisoned from the inside out.”
