Following on from our post about How To Destroy Angels earlier, we’re pleased to be posting about the Nine Inch Nails (well, Reznor, Cortini and Ross) remix of Telepathe’s ‘Destroyer’. It sounds pretty awesome. Check it out!
Following the recent announcement of their new single ‘Destroyer’, the inaugural release on Federal Prism, a new record label by renowned producer and TV On The Radio member David Sitek, Telepathe, the Brooklyn based duo of Busy Gangnes and Melissa Livaudais, are pleased to unveil single b-side with a remix of ‘Destroyer’ by none other than Nine Inch Nails’ Trent Reznor along with collaborators Alessandro Cortini and Atticus Ross.
Sitek says, “I told Trent I was starting my own label and would love to have him remix something on the first release. I sent him the session and before he actually said ‘Yes’, he sent back this mighty dark space that he, Alessandro and Atticus had built for me! I was shocked and am certain I will have to keep ripping them off for years!”
