Ghost are the ultimate in theatrical rock music. This is a perfect, and wonderful show. Well, almost.

Ghost have their audience captivated tonight, and their passionate delivery only helps matters. Aside from a really difficult near-30 minute pause after the charming latest Papa Emeritus suffers from too much heat on stage, and apparently just passes out.

Without dwelling too much, after a lengthy wait, the show is back on, and we are given an awesome set (a highlight comes in the form of the quite monumental ‘Cirice’), and also some quite funny moments and anecdotes about Ghost’s major influences, and inspirations.

Tonight, as a well-oiled collective of all-powerful musical machines, Ghost clearly demonstrate to Leeds why each of the Nameless Ghouls must been considered among the best musicians on the planet, and why the loveable Papa is one of the greatest frontmen in rock music right now. Top work, guys! All you need is ghost, man. Ghost is all you need.
