The world’s number one ranked Industrial DJ (according to DJlist.com) End: The DJ has inked a deal with Crunch Pod, the label that is home to Sheffield act Uberbyte and others.
The artist will release his second album ‘Endtrovert’ via the label in February 2010.
End comments on joining the label:
“I’ve been a fan of Alter Der Ruine and C/A/T for a while now and Uberbyte is fantastic”, says the DJ. “With such a strong indie label, I thought it would be impossible for me to join. But…it wouldn’t hurt to ask.
“Now that I’m signed with Crunch Pod, I felt I had to scrap the idea of that album and elevate things a bit more. Being a part of this amazing label has reinforced me to attempt to convey much more to what can go into a mix album. I want to make this album much like the best mix albums in electronic dance genres have done. I want to make it impactful and thoughtful as well as heavily club friendly and non-stop, hence the album’s title.”
The new album will contain unreleased remixes of Komor Kommando alongside original tracks by Uberbyte and E.I.D. It’s release will come shortly before End’s US tour with Angels On Acid.
