The video was directed by artist ‘Mortis’ and Executive Producers Seb Webber and Jerad Anderson. Featuring a striking combination of cartoon animation and live action performances by Farrell himself, the video is used to create a potent statement against the politicians of today.
Perry Farrell’s newest album in over a decade, Kind Heaven is set to release on June 7, 2019. ‘Pirate Punk Politician’ is a song described as “a good old fashioned protest about today’s strongmen and their tactics of oppression,” giving a possible inclination towards the motives of his upcoming album.
Farrell and The Kind Heaven Orchestra have also been announced as part of the lineup for this year’s Lollapalooza’s in Chicago, London, Stockholm, and Paris.
