Hardcore five-piece Militarie Gun have released ‘Will Logic’ another new single off their forthcoming debut album Life Under The Gun. The single follows an appearance last night on Daniel P Carter’s Radio 1 Rock Show.
‘Will Logic’ leans more into the bands rock side rather than their typical hardcore sound. Not too far off an early Foo Fighters sound, ‘Will Logic’ carries a powerful rock and roll rawness while not losing any of their hardcore edge.
Ian Shelton vocalist of the band spoke on the single saying “Will Logic’ is meant to be pure spite, it’s the moment of realisation that someone is trying to take advantage of you and deciding you won’t allow it to happen. There’s some melancholy and fatigue in there, though ultimately it’s a desire for the world to be trustworthy”.
Militarie Gun have had a huge week with the recent announcement of a North American tour with hardcore heavyweights Scowl and now the release of ‘Will Logic’. The band will be touring Europe this summer ahead of their tour with Scowl with dates scattered across the continent.
