Marisa And The Moths are grungy rockers who have released a video for their new single ‘Borderline.’ The track can be found on their second album ‘What Doesn’t Kill You’ which is out now!
On the video, frontperson Marisa comments, “The story in this video is a nostalgic look back at myself as a young child, and those feelings of being an outcast and not fitting in, and how that started to change through the process of me discovering music and alternative culture. I imagined how proud that younger version of myself would be if she could see me now, embracing who I am and fronting a band, and doing all the things I used to imagine and dream about when I was little. This personal story is a really good representation of what the song is about, which is accepting and celebrating your weirdness by being true to who you are.”
With previous headline tours completed supporting artists like Kris Barras Band, Von Hertzen Brothers and As December Falls as well as appearances at festivals, Marisa And The Moths have proven themselves to be a top-tier live act.
Known for an energetic stage presence and music that allows them to connect with their dedicated fanbase, the band are currently touring in the UK. They have a reputation as one of the most exciting rock bands on the alt-scene today.
