Nero, the remixers du jour and now one of the biggest names in both dubstep and drum and bass, are set to release single ‘Promises’ on August 8. Their debut album ‘Welcome Reality’ will follow on August 15 and will feature the global smash ‘Me And You’, underground hit ‘Innocence’ and most recent single ‘Guilt’. Nero have also announced their debut live tour which will see them headline the London Electric Ballroom on October 18.

‘Promises’ is the fourth single from Nero’s forthcoming debut album out on Chase and Status’ label MTA. The indie/dubstep hybrid smash ‘Promises’ follows their live premiere at Radio 1’s Big Weekend and a run of some of the major UK music festivals including Glastonbury and Wireless to name a few. Following their headline dates, Nero will be supporting Tinie Tempah on his Autumn arena tour.
Nero recently teamed up with the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra and Joe Duddell (the composer behind Elbow & The Halle for 2009 Manchester International Festival) to perform a new commissioned piece titled ‘Dubstep Symphony’ on Monday, June 6.
