Where Indie Rock and Psychedelic become friends, Hugo Brijs new single ‘Creeper’ has dropped.
Brijs isn’t new to the music scene, having worked as a composer for BBC, Channel 4 and Netflix. His talent had him earning a rightful place on the 2023 long list for a British Independent Film Award. BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6, and the local BBC Introducing show have also been consistently supporting him.
In 2021 Brijs gained the media’s attention with ‘Glitra,’ an album packed with collaborations such as Ed Nash (Bombay Bicycle Club), GIRLI and Will Joseph Cook. Andrew Trendell of NME stated the album is a “kaleidoscope indie-blockbuster.”
Brijs is obviously immensely talented and has now returned with a unique, psychedelic track ‘Creeper.’ Combining soul-like guitar riffs, 70’s rhythms and live strings, ‘Creeper’ is an insight into Brijs upcoming album set for release later this year. It is promised that the album will captivate listeners and showcase Brijs brilliance.
