IO Interactive announces the return of a cherished Elusive Target mission featuring Sean Bean.
That’s right. He’s coming back.
Sean Bean reprises his role as former MI5 agent turned assassin, Mark Faba. A man with a key skill in faking his own death; tongue-in-cheek for Sean Bean’s bad luck in the films he has roles in.
Set in the series-favourite Miami map, its up to Agent 47 to kill Faba before he completes a contract at the Global Innovation Race event.
Rolling around for a four week period starting on the 22nd of March, it is launching on the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
An Undying Pack is launching alongside, featuring a suit, items, Freelancer mode decorations and permanent access to the Undying through the Elusive Target Arcade.
The mission will also be available for newcomers to Hitman in a free-to-play starter pack; that they can replay as many times as they wish over the four week period.
Alongside the release of the Elusive Target and DLC, it kicks off Hitman: World of Assassination’s “Season of the Undying.” It will highlight content coming to the game over the next few months, including the Berlin Egg Hunt (an Easter event with unique rewards) and new challenges with special rewards.
Further, players can expect five returning Elusive Targets and deadly new items to obtain, as well as three rounds of Curated Contracts and an upcoming Twitch Drop event between the 22nd and 30th of March.
The Undying Pack will launch on the 22nd of March 2024 for £3.99 on every platform.
March is shaping up to be a really solid month, with Expeditions: A MudRunner Game, Outlast: Trails, Dragons Dogma II, a recently announced Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2 re-release, Rise of Ronin and South Park all set to be released, there should be something to look forward to.
