You Me At Six hot on the heels of their eighth studio album, Truth Decay which shot to #4 on the UK album charts this year. Legends of the scene and bringing a catalogue of era-defining hits, The All American Rejects will be paying a visit from across the pond, on the back of announcing their first headline tour in almost a decade, while Grammy-nominated Detroit rockers, I Prevail will be rounding off their huge World Tour, only at Slam Dunk Festival 2024.
You Me At Six’s Josh Franceschi said, “Looking forward to returning to Slam Dunk this year to headline the festival. Slam Dunk has given You Me At Six so much over our career & we’ve got a lot of special memories from performing there over the years. The line-up is stacked with great artists, so will be an elite one.”
Also on the bill, Boys Like Girls who delighted fans as they released ‘SUNDAY AT FOXWOODS’, their first album in over a decade! Plus punk-rock legends We The Kings who produced some of the biggest pop punk hits of the 00s and Head Automatica who invite Slam Dunk festival goers to join them in celebrating Decadence’s 20th anniversary.
Welsh emo rock legends Funeral For A Friend join the line-up, having just rounded off a huge 20th anniversary celebration of their seminal album ‘Casually Dressed And Deep In Conversation’. Brit metalcore titans Asking Alexandria are on the bill, too, following their latest album release, a #1 smash in the US, Where Do We Go From Here?, as well as Cody Carson’s Set It Off.
Houston TX’s finest pop-punk export, Waterparks have been busy – they dropped INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, announced a North American Tour and they’re revealed on the huge line-up for Slam Dunk!
Vegas’ own alt-rock trio Palaye Royale will serve up their unique theatrically tinged performances complete with a mega dose of glamour and enigmatic style, while the moody, melodic Manchester four-piece Pale Waves also join the line-up, with a catalogue of anthemic pop-punk hits.
Plus, there’s experimental punk duo Bob Vylan, the alt scene’s spectacular RØRY as well as Leeds’ very own alt-rockers Artio making their Slam Dunk debut.
There’s a lot more in store for Slam Dunk 2024 – with LA ska punk rockers The Interrupters, Goldfinger who’ll be celebrating a whopping 25 years in 2024, the globally revered rock institution no less – Pennywise and bringing anthemic shout-along punk – The Bouncing Souls. We’re not done yet with The Selecter led by their iconic frontwoman Pauline Black (aptly crowned the Queen of Ska) joining the line-up, the ever-eclectic London ska-punk fusion four-piece, The Skints and Cali’s own ska punk band, Mad Caddies.
Famed for their fan-favourite album ‘The Greatest Generation’ which turned 10 this year, The Wonder Years will be paying a welcome visit to Slam Dunk, along with beloved emo outfit who dropped their latest single ‘tie die’ this summer Mom Jeans, L.S. Dunes who’ll be coming charged with punk energy and Michigan’s most unapologetic hardcore export, La Dispute, as well as Songs For The Willow hitmakers, One Step Closer.
Firmly cemented as a must-attend on the UK festival circuit, Slam Dunk has been serving up a healthy dose of rock, alt, pop-punk, metal and emo since 2006.
