British rock band Elliot Minor triumphantly return after over a decade, announcing their highly anticipated new single ‘How Does It Feel’, set for release this Friday, 28th February. Alongside their comeback, the band have already sold out an exclusive UK tour and confirmed a slot at Download Festival 2025.

Elliot Minor shot in North Yorkshire

Produced by the band’s Alex Davies and mixed and engineered by Larry Hibbitt (Hundred Reasons), ‘How Does It Feel’ is an anthemic powerhouse that marks a bold new era for Elliot Minor. The track explores the complexities of inner conflict and resilience, a theme that resonates deeply with the band and their devoted fanbase.

Alex Davies shares insight into the song’s inspiration: “‘How Does It Feel’ was written during a period of uncertainty—a reflection of the struggle with Stockholm syndrome. The song explores the battle with inner conflict and emotions, yet at its core, it carries a message of resilience and the strength to face it all.”

Released independently on the band’s own label, the single marks Elliot Minor’s return to full creative control. In addition, their major-label discography is being re-released, and all reunion activity is being managed by band member Dan Hetherton (Anaconda Media). To commemorate the release, a very limited-edition hand-pressed signed vinyl will be available exclusively to fans. ORDER HERE.

Elliot Minor first burst onto the scene with their debut single ‘Parallel Worlds’, leading to their Top 10 self-titled album in 2008. Fusing classical influences with a unique blend of orchestral rock and pop-punk, their music became a defining sound of the late 2000s alternative scene. Their sophomore album, Solaris (2009), further evolved their sound, showcasing a darker, more mature approach.

Having performed at Reading & Leeds, Download, Wireless, and Tokyo’s Summersonic, as well as supporting Simple Plan and Fall Out Boy, Elliot Minor’s career saw them perform hundreds of shows globally before going on hiatus in 2011. A brief return in 2014 saw a series of special sold-out performances, but now, after more than a decade, the band are back to reignite the passion of their fans.

Elliot Minor’s April 2025 UK tour has been met with overwhelming demand, selling out within minutes. Due to this unprecedented response, additional dates were added, with Birmingham’s show being upgraded to a larger venue.
