Sundara Karma, comprising of members Oscar Pollock (vocals, guitar), Ally Baty (guitar), Dom Cordell (bass), and Haydn Evans (drums), have made their highly anticipated return today, with brand new single ‘Friends of Mine’ – listen here.
The track revists their euphoric indie roots, whilst simultaneously ushering in a new era for the four-piece. Friends of Mine has been described as a rallying call to arms, soaked in shimmering guitar rifts and big, bolstered percussion. The track is much akin to the sounds from their critically acclaimed debut album ‘Youth Is Only Ever Fun In Retrospect’.
Speaking about the track in more detail, vocalist Oscar Pollock says: “We had a lot of fun making this album, and ‘Friends of Mine’ is just a taste of what’s to come. It’s an ode to friendship and sounds reminiscent of what we were doing on our first album. We can’t wait for our fans to experience the full album and see us play these new songs live!”
Friends of Mine is available to stream now.
