Crossfaith have announced a new album, AЯK, to be released on June 26, and have released a new single, ‘L.A.M.N’ (with Bobby Wolfgang).
Speaking on ‘L.A.M.N’, the band shares, “This song is like an antithesis to phenomena like lookism and other political correctness going over the edge today. Through this song, the band conveys the message that it is alright to break down in this corrupted society. It is completely natural that everyone is different. It features Bobby Wolfgang, who is one of the artists we’ve always wanted to collaborate with, and he definitely brought that edge to this song.”
Returning from their hiatus and readjusting to making music with each other, AЯK will be the first album from the band since the release of Ex_Machina in 2018. The new album’s title was chosen to reflect the idea of leaving the past behind and welcoming a new beginning, just as Crossfaith did with the fresh sound in their new music.
“Good art is how I express myself to other people. It’s hard to talk from the bottom of my heart, that’s why I write these songs,” Kenta Koie (vocals) comments.
