Focusing on grassroot venues and bands as well as, music conferences surrounding important issues like misogyny and mental health in the music industry, Beyond The Music is ready to take over Manchester from 9th-12th October.

Putting smaller artists and important modern issues in the spotlight, this festival is one of such importance. Over 200 incredible artists will be performing at Manchester’s Northern Quarters iconic venues such as 33 Oldham Street and Night and Day Café. This includes upcoming names The Manatees, Coach Party, Bandit and many more.

Furthermore, Aviva Studios will host a multitude of conferences across the dates including one hosted by rapper Aitch and Dotty (apple music) discussing Manchester’s music scene, challenges in the industry and Rap in relation to London. Other conferences will take place tackling equality/misogyny, mental health, growing grassroots venues etc.
