Described by Paste as “one of today’s best pop bands”, American rockers Narrow Head have just released a reissue of their acclaimed 2023 album ‘Moments of Clarity.’
The album earned high praise from music critics for its mix of pop, grunge and shoegaze. Described as a collision of “towering riffs, bouncing, lock-grooved rhythms, and crystalline, gorgeously constructed hooks”, the album was also called “magnetic and ferocious, leaning into ’90s nostalgia.”
The reissue includes a number of remixes from guests artists. This includes appearances from Lil Aaron, atlgrandma, Pictureplane (who produced a remix of the title track, with a video below), TRANS FX, stripmallravestarrr, and cole3k, plus others.
The CD also comes paired with a DVD that includes both ‘Moments’’ official music videos, and a live session featuring the group’s cover of NY Hardcore mainstays Crown of Thornz’s “Love Sick”.
Since their breakout year, Narrow Head have toured extensively worldwide and with an array of artists, including Snail Mail, White Reaper, Citizen, and Gatecreeper. Their Spring U.S. tour continues today in Austin, and includes dates with Interpol, Dazy and Wishy. They are also set to play future dates at Aftershock and Louder Than Life Festival.
