Sonisphere Festival 2014 looms ever closer, and as if to celebrate, it has announced more metally punky goodness.
First and foremost, Anthrax will be playing their 1987 studio effort ‘Among The Living’ in FULL! Scott Ian claims: “We love to play these songs and people love to hear them so we’re really fucking excited to be doing this special show the day before our main-stage performance at Sonisphere Knebworth playing (for the first time ever) just the Among The Living record for you, our UK faithful! It’s gonna be sick. See you soon my friends.”
Finnish lovers HIM will be playing their only UK show of the year. Bassist Mige informs you all! “There will be smoke, lights and psychedelia. Sweat and zealotry. Men will cry. It’s going to be a FUCKING EMOTIONADO!”
Melodic hardcore punk quartet Comeback Kid also join the bill. Others added are Sweet Savage, October File, Eureka Machines, The Bots, Straight Lines, Zico Chain, Black Dogs, Love Zombies, Stormzone Shrine, Rival State, The Wild Lies, The Raven Age, and Empire Kill.
