Named after the troubles the band have faced Ignore This is dead Pony’s unignorable first album set for release on 5th April 2024. The Scottish band take inspiration from synth-rock bands such as Wargasm and The Prodigy on the substantial sixteen track album. Vocalist Anna Sheilds has said “When I look into the crowd at our shows, I see people who remind me of myself as a teenager. Those are the people this music is for: the misfits who struggle to fit in anywhere else.”
Dead Pony have also released two new videos for ‘About Love’, a coming-of-age romance song and ‘Cobra’, a track about an invasion of brain-dead bodysnatchers.
